• 6 pcs roller conveyors for intake/feed and outlet/ run-out, model U-beam construction with each 1 gear motor per roll conveyor band approx. 6,0 kW, chain drive for all rolls, rolls dia.= 190mm

Modernisation work to be carried out:

• revise of 39 support mounts
• clean, inspect the bearings (replace if necessary), regrease
• turning of the outer Diameter
• check of the levelling rolls drive gear, cleaning, checking,
• revision of 13 Cardan shafts
• dismantling, cleaning, regrease, mounting
• work up 11 piece straightening rolls
• check for run-in points, hardness and diameter,
• resurfacing via fine grinding
• repainting the entire machine
• replacement of defective oil seals and gaskets, replacing the bearings if necessary
• check of the pre-transmission
• cleaning, checking, replacement of defective oil seals and gaskets,
• replacing the bearings as needed
• verification of screw jack / cleaning, checking,
• replacement of defective oil seals and gaskets, replacing the bearings if necessary
• verification of the screw jack for height adjustment of the lower straightening rolls
• cleaning, checking, replacement of defective oil seals and gaskets, replacing the bearings

if necessary
