This machine was never operated with abrasive grinding media and therefore shows very little wear. The polyurethane lining is in excellent condition.
The Walther Trowal CB 600 offered for sale was used exclusively for the treatment of stamped metal parts.
The parts were processed in a dry finishing process using corn cob granulate, whereby they were conveyed through the media. The purpose of this process was to condition the surface of the stamped parts in such a way that sticking together during subsequent stacking was reliably prevented.
The machine was used exclusively for this application and operated only in dry mode with corn cob media.
