- renewal of the guideways of X- and Y-axis, including new roller bearings
- cleaned ballscrews, checked and regreased worked up machine feet and painted
- renewal of the control cabinets and machine wiring
- renewal of the control and drive systems (Heidenhain TNC320)
- installed new hydraulic unit
- switching- and compensating cylinder were regenerated (disassembled, cleaned, resealed, verified)
- renewal of the bubble memory and piping for the compensating cylinder
- renewal of the hydraulic filter
- installed safety shut off block for bubble memory
- renewal of the hydraulic clamping (brake linings and hydraulic hoses) of the B-axis
- retrofitting a pneumatic unit for the travel measuring system (prevents contamination of sensors
