- Cleaning of the entire machine (removing chips, removing oil, degreasing, preparing for repainting)
- Gearbox cleaned (removal of old oil and chips)
- Renewal of machine cabling (cables re-laid and terminated)
- Control cabinet replacement (terminals, contactors, and wiring replaced)
- Control panel on the spindle replaced
- Chuck guard hood retrofitted, including electronic interlock and lighting
- Standstill monitoring retrofitted
- Emergency stop switch retrofitted (emergency stop button on spindle + support)
- Complete repainting (removal of old paint, filling, sanding, priming, sanding down, painting)
- Preparation of required documentation (electrical schematic, operating instructions)
- Mechanically inspected and defective components replaced
- New bearings installed on the drive motor
- Replacement of the V-belts
