work performed
- Cleaning of the entire machine (removing chips, removing oils, degreasing, preparing for new painting)
- Machine completely dismantled
- refurbishment of the support bearing rollers (disassembly of the bearings, cleaning of the bearing seat, over-turning via lathe of the outer diameter, dimensional chrome plating of the bearing seats)
- Overhaul of the support bearing shafts Straightening and turning via lathe
- Complete new production of the upper support bearing intakes
- Renewal of the drive shafts
- Renewal of all spherical roller bearings of straightening rollers (disassembly, cleaning of the bearing seat, installation of new bearings, initial lubrication)
- Renewal of straightening rollers
- overhaul of 2 lifting gears (new production worm wheel, seals renewed)
- Painting the entire machine (new color)
- Removing the old paint, filling, sanding, priming, sanding, painting
- renewal of all spherical roller bearings of the support bearings (assembly, initial lubrication)
- Machine assembled and adjusted
