work performed

• Machine Cleaning
1. Cleaning of the entire machine (removal of chips, oils, and greases)
• Complete disassembly of the machine
1. Disassembly of the machine body and drive gearbox
2. Disassembly of the hydraulic cylinders
3. Disassembly of drive shafts
4. Disassembly of the drive spindle’s slide bearing bushings (saw blade drive)
5. Disassembly of the saw blade
• Replacement of the plain bearing bushings
1. Reconditioning of the drive shafts and remanufacturing of the bearing bushings
• Overhaul of the lifting cylinder
1. Chromium plating the piston rod and grinding it to the correct fit
2. Manufacturing a new cylinder housing
3. Replacement and fabrication of a new seal kit (special seals)
• Replacement of the pressure gauges
1. Installation and adjustment of 2 new pressure gauges and the threaded connection
• Repainting the machine
1. Removal of the old paint, filling, sanding, priming, sanding again, painting
• Assembly of the machine
1. All previously disassembled components and assemblies were reassembled
2. Replacement of drive belts
• Commissioning
1. Machine filled with oil
2. Test cut performed
